Rachel is an experienced immigration attorney who has been in practice for over a decade. Prior to joining Bogart, Small + Associates, Rachel worked for firms based in Bentonville and Memphis. She brings particular experience in complex immigration matters involving both benefits applications and removal defense. Rachel graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
